    My bodysuit collection is growing! Rapidly too! I am obsessed. They are so easy to dress up or down and I can’t see myself getting over them tbh. I love a casual bodysuit and jeans combo and here are these incredible jeans from Shein that I am overtly in love with. The pearl and jewel details really make them stand out and can be styled in so many different ways!

    HOW CUTE IS THIS LENGHA? So girly and floral, that I had to get it! She loved being in it! Raaya is into everything feminine and dressy so this pink lengha was a dream for her. I got a size 5 and it fit her perfectly. Indokids Apparel has a variety of options for your child to celebrate weddings, Eid, religious holidays and the list goes on. They were kind enough to include the churiyan on her wrists and boy, did her face explode at the sight of them!

    Canadian Summers sometimes mean chilly days. It’s always smart to have an airy co-ord on deck to survive those cooler days/nights. I recently got this one from My Pink Martini – which is a Canadian boutique and you can really feel the quality. You’re going to see me rocking this a lot this Summer. It’s light and comfortable and it’s definitely going to be a Summer staple in my wardrobe!

    Matchy Matchy

    The saga continues. Mommy and me outfits are what 2021 are made up of so far! I never thought I’d be that mom who could pull off enough coordination to be able to match Raaya. I always watched my friend Irene, pull it off with her own daughter and admired her the effort it required.

    Now – I’m happy to say – Raaya and I have been able to coordinate on two occasions. I’m really enjoying it and am going to keep it going. I love taking these photos that allow us to capture such sweet moments between us. She is such a good girl and I’m honestly so lucky to have been a mom to such a cooperative child!

    This robe was sent to me by a company that is no longer is business but it is a timeless piece that I will definitely hold on to forever!

    It’s super versatile as you can wear it with both eastern and western wear. I love how flowy the silk is and I think I requested a medium so that it could fit a lot more loosely!

    My Baby – The Child Model

    This might have been the best shoot with the best results for Raaya! I loved every single one of her expressions and she was sooooo happy to take photos! I always get scared before any shoot with the risk of her not cooperating but I swear – she nailed it! This is not bias speaking – because I’m her mom of course.

    I wanted to do mommy and me shots with these cute outfits from Shein! I love her in cozy wear vs dresses because it allows her to play freely while having comfort and warmth!

    She is 4.5 years old and really at the max of her play! She is into arts and crafts, playing with dolls and Arthur! It’s crazy to watch my child watch a show that I literally grew up on. I am so anti princess themed anything (for now) that it makes me happy when she finds something of substance to watch.

    When My Shoes Ruined My Outfit

    This outfit wasn’t as well planned as I thought. THIS DRESS is my favourite dress in the world. It’s forgiving and form fitting all at the same time. It really creates an illusion that your body is SNATCHED.

    BUT WHYYYY did I keep my sneakers on?? I have the perfect heeled boots to go with this look but your girl has given up on heels if I’m being honest. I don’t have the energy for them anymore. DOESN’T MEAN I couldn’t have just put them on to get the shot. UGH.

    Either way – you’ll be seeing a lot more of this dress. With Summer around the corner, it’s the perfect dress for something casual in the day and fancier in the evening!

    This dress is not a usual dress that I would wear considering it’s short! But I really wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try a look that I wouldn’t typically wear. To make it more “ME”, I brought out the combat boots and leather jacket to give it the Saira touch.

    50 Shades of Brown


    Is it just me or is getting out of loungewear the most difficult thing to do these days? With Ontario in our third official lockdown – we ain’t going no where. Fine by me but when I’m actually required to move and wear something fitted or not as comfortable – I really have to work my way up to it.

    This loungewear set by Femme Luxe is literally so cozy! The colour has warranted so many conversations and compliments! I would have to say it might be my favourite set!

    Paired with this fab jacket from Shein that compliment my Guccis – this fit is something I’ll be rocking a lot more!
