When I think about it – there is literally nothing in this world that can satisfy me more than a long sleeved maxi dress. So when I came across this well-priced find at H&M – I was sure to snag it up as an essential for my 2014 spring/summer.
For me – simplicity and ease come first. I like low maintenance outfits where I don’t need to think about a top and a bottom. Maxi dresses for me fit these requirements as they’re comfortable and I don’t have to bust my head open over what to pair with it.
This look is extremely versatile. A lot of girls don’t realize the extent of a maxi dress. You can formalize it for evening wear with the right accessories and hairdo. Make it a little more casual for day wear with flats/sandals and a loose bun. Let the print and bold colours do the talking for itself and whether you decide to dress it up or not – this piece is a show stopper.
