OK. I have to rant! I’ve had such an intense summer, maybe one of the most overwhelming I’ve ever had AND now that I finally have some time to step back and really do what I want – ITS WAY TOO COLD! I simply cannot maximize on my summer outfits because I’m a comfort > style type of girl! Oh well! Here is a look which I put together to maintain some style and warmth for a chilly day out!

I feel like with colder weather, immediately comes out the darker lipsticks, sweaters and therefore my get-up! I wore Heroine by Mac on my lips to represent my mood (over the weather) and a brighter sweater to keep it somewhat summery. Some may say it clashes but meh – my style, my choice. =)

And honestly – I know everyone says it doesn’t appear so but I’ve been so lazy with dressing up these days so boring hairstyles like braids are my savior! I feel like a side braid can literally go with anything and so for a day where I don’t want to spend more than 3.8 minutes on my hair, this is perfect!

 I’m wearing a bandage dress underneath which makes my belly bulge like cray so throwing a sweater over to disguise the pot was maybe the best decision I made all day!
