I think I just found my newest obsession! Instant Chia Pudding by Chiamigos!Believe it or not- all you need is hot water or milk and you got yourself an entire meal! It basically has simple ingredients like nuts and seeds with a smooth coconut base!
This superfood is VERY nutritious. It is a great source of calcium, potassium, magnesium, omega 3’s, and a load of fibre to keep your intestinal tract flowing!
Not that I needed to add more almonds – considering it already has it in the mix but sometimes you gotta do it for the gram! They’re high in protein, calcium and iron.
