Exactly one year apart. I went from the blondest I’ve ever been to the darkest I’ve been in years. No regrets baby! Are you team blonde or brown? A big shoutout to @iamjennywu for being the best hairdresser in the GTA. 💋💋

UPDATE: I’ve been feeling really unmotivated to plan/shoot/post content. To even dress up feels like a ton of work. With Summer in full effect, I’ve been focusing on being outside. I’m really excited to take Raaya out, be with my family and just sit on patios with my friends. I’ve been working on my lawn (therefore the tan) and still cracking away at the house. My next project is my primary bathroom. WAIT TILL YOU SEE FINAL RESULTS!

With Ontario opening up and things getting somewhat back to normal, I have plans. Plans to sit in my backyard, plans to keep renovating my house, show up at my brothers crib unannounced demanding impromptu BBQs. As much as I love dressing up and being out once in a while - the pandemic has really enforced my inner hermit and I’m not ready. I got a seasons pass to @canadaswonderland and the Zoo (mom life) and even then, I’m not tempted. Y’all got plans? Where you going this Summer? Do you even have friends anymore lol? Let me know!

Happy June! June is always a big reset for me. With the anniversary of my moms passing (can’t believe it’s been 9 years - feels like yesterday), surge of nice weather and me finally settling into a proper routine post Ramadan, the coming of a new month always has me feeling grateful. 🥰 I have some new projects coming up and Wallahi I’m so excited to share them with you! 😬 Pray for your girl ok...I need it. Love always. 💞

Busying myself in home projects has been the best thing I’ve invested in this year. It’s almost a little dangerous how enjoyable it’s been but damn - does it ever end? The weather is getting better so tackling my backyard is next.
