Raaya, from the start has been a great sleeper. Straight out of the womb, she has always slept beautifully through the night and napped regularly during the day. She spent her first 7 months of life sleeping in a bassinet. Once she entered the seventh month, it was my own mistake to bring her into my bed and co sleep.

Like many mothers, while I was pregnant, I had decided that I wanted to attempt breastfeeding my baby. So when I gave birth, I was looking forward to the connection that many moms establish while nursing their children.

As a busy mom – meal prep is one of the biggest struggles of my day. While I try to manage everything that a mom has to do – its imperative I put a meal on the table that is nutritious, hearty and obviously – delicious.
